Reservation Policy

Thank you for choosing to dine with us at INUA. Please kindly take your time to read through our reservation policy so that we can confirm your reservation. Thank you.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please notify us by email minimum 7 days prior to the day of your reservation.
Special Assistance
Guests who require special assistance or have wheelchairs – please let us know in advance by email so that the INUA
team may assist.
Changes and Cancellation
We do not accept cancellation or changes to reservations online.
For any changes and cancellations, please provide notice via email no less than 3 business days for reservations up to 4 guests and 5 business days notice for reservations of 5 guests or more.
Any cancellations outside of these periods and no-shows on the day, we reserve the right to charge full amount for the menu per person (menu + 8% tax + 10% service charge).
